Sales Tax and Exemptions:
All orders are subject to sales tax. Customer is responsible to confirm eligibility of tax exemption. Please contact a tax professional for advice.
Tax exemption certificate are required for every state(s) where merchandise is shipped. Documentation must be legible to review for tax exemption. Customer is responsible to provide the correct and completed form. Customer is responsible to understand all the rules and regulations when claiming a tax exemption per state.
FREIGHT PROGRAM
Free freight available for customers (excluding furniture or trash bins) within the 48 contiguous states only. Please contact your Tramontina Sales Manager for details. Freight will be charged separately on furniture or trash cans. Free freight orders will ship ground with an estimated delivery of 5-7 business days.
If your order does not qualify for free freight, customers have the option to assign freight carrier or use Tramontina’s contracted carrier rates. Freight charges are final & non-refundable.
Tramontina will not be responsible for additional accessorial rates and freight charges. Any additional charges will be invoiced to the customer.
PROCESSING TIME
If inventory available, orders will ship within 48-72 hours after order confirmation.
Custom Laser Program orders are subject to a 14–21-day lead time from artwork approval.
No changes will be accepted on orders once processed for shipment.
DELIVERY
Before accepting any shipment, examine carefully and note any damages or shortages on the freight bill before signing for delivery. All claims for shortage or damages must be filed within three business days of the delivery. If, after receipt of shipment, a concealed damage is discovered, immediately notify Tramontina’s Customer Service team.
Customer is required to provide all shipping instructions (including contacts, delivery days/time, liftgate requirements, etc) to Tramontina when placing an order. If carrier is unable to deliver due to missing instructions, customer will be responsible for additional freight/delivery charges.
RETURN SHIPMENTS
We will not accept any returned merchandise unless written authorization has been issued. All products must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges paid at the time of order will not be credited along with the return. Customer is responsible for the freight cost to return any and all goods. This includes any brokerage fees, duties and taxes for international returns.
Refund will be issued as a credit to your account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom products are non-refundable.
Limited 1-Year Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
Tramontina offers a one-year limited warranty for all products, ensuring they are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced, at no cost, with the same item or one of equal or greater value, provided it has been used and cared for according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty is valid only for ordinary use and within the one-year period from the date of receipt of goods.
Please note that slight color variations are natural and do not constitute a defect. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lost or stolen items, or damage caused by accidents, fire, misuse, or failure to follow the proper use and care guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, damage from overheating, improper cleaning with harsh chemicals or detergents, neglect, or alterations to the product.
Tramontina USA reserves the right to assess and determine whether product meets the limited warranty.
Limited 1-Year Warranty Porcelain Chip Warranty
Tramontina offers a limited 1-year warranty that covers edge chips up to the size of a dime. This warranty does not apply to chips, breakages, or cracks resulting from normal wear and tear, lost or stolen items, or damage caused by accidents, fire, misuse, or failure to follow proper use and care instructions. This includes but is not limited to, damage caused by overheating, improper cleaning with harsh chemicals or detergents, neglect, or alterations to the product.
Tramontina USA reserves the right to assess and determine whether the chip damage is a result of normal use or mishandling. This warranty is valid only for ordinary use and within the one-year period from the date of receipt of goods.
* All orders are subject to credit approval by Tramontina USA, Inc. (Tramontina). Tramontina may, modify, suspend or withdraw the credit amount or payment terms at any time. At our discretion, Tramontina may withhold performance of Sales or Services, require cash or advance payments, or require other satisfactory financial security.
